PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving method of a display panel, capable of reducing a cost by dispensing with scanning line conversion processing, and capable of suppressing decline of luminescence brightness. SOLUTION: In this driving method, a display period TF or two fields is divided into sub-fields to the number of N (six) SF1-SF6 corresponding to pixel data of one field (A field or B field), and a display line of a display panel is driven on each sub-field SF1-SF6, and the arrangement order of the sub-fields SF1-SF6 is shifted by one field on an adjacent display line, and the display line of the display panel is driven.
