摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optionally change the quantity of light having exciting wavelength without deteriorating optical performance by simple constitution and to easily attach and detach a filter. SOLUTION: This light quantity adjustment device is constituted so that the quantity of the respective light beams having the exciting wavelength are adjusted by an optical system having a light source 11 and a dichroic mirror 17 reflecting the plural light beams extracted from luminous flux emitted from the light source 11 and provided with the exciting wavelength so as to irradiate a sample 20 and transmitting the plural kinds of light beams emitted from the sample 20. Then, an optical path to the mirror 17 from the light source 11 is provided with at least one slot 40 formed so as to be provided with a space being equal to or over 21/2 times of the diameter of the luminous flux before and behind thereof and the band-stop filter 32 which is provided with at least one absorbing wavelength band, which is held so that it can be rotated around an optical axis in a vertical direction to the optical axis and which is attached to the slot 40 so that it is freely attached and detached.
