PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a communication system provided with a receiver having a digital data modulator at a low cost by minimizing the length of a memory required to store instructions to process various carriers. SOLUTION: A 1st module 30 executes a 1st demodulation function according to a program PGMi,j repeated at a 1st frequency. A 2nd module 32 executes a 2nd demodulation function according to a program 36 repeated at a 2nd frequency. An interface module exchanges data between the 1st module 30 and the 2nd module 32.
