PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute guiding and processing corresponding to a situation in the case of rewriting information to be shown on the surface of a radio recording medium by displaying information on display abnormality by driving power smaller than driving power for displaying processing result information. SOLUTION: A radio card 1 is started by receiving driving power from a reader/writer 20, and a CPU 11 transmits recording contents recorded in a ROM 12 and a RAM 13 to the reader/writer 20 as read data. After then, writing data as a processing result with respect to the read data is received from an automatic ticket examination machine main body 40 via the reader/writer 20 to decide displaying contents corresponding to the writing data. Then, a displaying power judging part 15 judges whether there is driving power sufficient for displaying the displaying contents on a display 2. In the case of not judging the driving power sufficient, the CPU 11 informs the automatic ticket examination machine of the shortage of the driving power for display, stands-by until the driving power for display becomes sufficient and executes abnormality display without transmitting re-read data. |
