摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transfer material having excellent charge controlling property, contamination preventing property, antireflection property or the like to produce the front plate of a display in a transfer process by forming a siloxane resin layer on a base film having release property, forming a metal oxide-contg. layer thereon and further forming an adhesive layer thereon. SOLUTION: A siloxane resin layer is formed on a base film having release property, and a metal oxide-contg. layer is formed thereon, and further an adhesive layer is formed thereon. The metal oxide-contg. layer of the transfer material essentially consists of an acrylic resin and conductive metal oxide fine particles such as ITO, tin oxide and zinc oxide having high refractive index. The average particle size of the conductive metal oxide fine particles is <=0.03 &mu;m. The siloxane resin layer is not limited, but a resin with a part of siloxane bonds substituted with functional groups such as hydrogen groups and hydroxyl groups can be used. The adhesive layer is not especially limited but is selected from emulsion resins or the like essentially consisting of an acrylic resin or the like.
