When the speed command signal 6 or a speed command signal obtained from the position command signal of the pulse train is in the range of the rotating speed that vibration is generated in the rotation of the motor 2, the vibration of the motor 2 is suppressed by changing the output period of the control signal 8, which is the output of the control device 3. |
