PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document managing device capable of adding a marker or note to an electronic document on a server without affecting another user. SOLUTION: Concerning the document managing device having a server part 112 and a terminal part 101 connected on a network 111, the terminal part is provided with a display part 102 for document reference, an input part 103 for inputting a user ID or document ID, a user ID holding part 104 for holding the user ID, which is inputted by a user at the time of log-in, until log-out, a document data holding part 106 for holding the text data of a document, an attached information holding part 107 for holding the link information of the marker or note personally attached to the document, a compound data holding part 105 for holding compound data reflecting the text data of the document with the link information, a version number holding part 108 for holding the version number of the document and a terminal control part 110. Thus, since the shared document can be managed separately from the personal marker or note, the other user is not affected at all in the case of referring to the shared document. |
