<p>The weight comprises an elongated body essentially free from heavy metals. Incisions (1) are made to extend all the way through the weight at an angle of 20-90 deg. relative to the side of the weight. These incisions are arranged in pairs, so that those on one side (2) of the weight are aligned with those on the opposite side (3). Incision width ranges from several tenths of a millimetre to several millimetres and the incision length between the outside and centre of the weight is equal to 10-90 % of the weight width.</p> |
