<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for producing a color filter without necessitating to separately dispose a protective layer and a transparent electrically conductive film, and a color filter produced by said process. SOLUTION: In this producing process, at least an optical semiconductor thin film of an electrodeposition substrate 10 in which a light transmitting electrically conductive film 12 and a light transmitting optical semiconductor thin film 13 are successively disposed on a light transmissive sheet 11 in this order is brought into contact with electrodeposition liquid including coloring agents, voltage or current is applied to the electrical conductive film, the electrodeposition substrate is subjected to the image exposure, by which photoelectromotive force is generated, colored electodeposited films 15 are selectively formed on the exposed parts, thereafter a light transmissive substrate 18 is closely adhered to the side of the colored electrodeposited film of the electrodeposition substrate on which the colored electrodeposited film is formed and, subsequently, the light transmissive sheet of the electrodeposition substrate is removed therefrom.</p> |
