PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve an amusement property by displaying the guide message of a pose for a device user on a display means and visibly outputting an image synthesizing the photographed image of an image pickup means and an image stored in a storage means automatically or manually corresponding to the instruction of image synthesis. SOLUTION: A CPU 10 performs image synthesizing processing corresponding to a program in a system memory 11. The system memory 11 stores a system program for controlling the entire device and a program for image synthesizing processing. A display 13 displays an image picked up by an image pickup device 12 using a video camera such as CCD and a synthesized image and a speaker 14 reproduces out a sound effect. An image storage device 15 stores the image picked up by the image pickup device 12 and the image to be synthesized and stores the guide message to be presented to the user before the image and the acoustic data of the sound effect as well.
