摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the deterioration of the material easily and accurately by finding the concentration ratio of methyl ethyl ketone and methanol included in oil and finding the degree of polymerization of the cellulose material from the obtained concentration ratio to detect the degree of deterioration of the material. SOLUTION: Oil 2 in which the cellulose material has been dipped is gathered in an extraction container 1. The oil 2 is heated by a heating device 3 at a temperature which is lower than a temperature at which the steam pressure of the oil 2 becomes 0.01 mHg but higher than 40 deg.C. Next, methyl ethyl ketone and methanol included in the oil 2 are gasified together with bubbling gas to be absorbed by an absorbent. Then, the absorbent is heated to 100 deg.C or above but 150 deg.C or below by an absorber pipe heater 8 to desorb methyl ethyl ketone and methanol. The desorbed methyl ethyl ketone and methanol is supplied into an analyzer 6 to find out the concentration ratio by the gas chromatography method and then to detect the degree of polymerization of the cellulose material. Based on the degree of polymerization, the degree of deterioration of the material is determined.
