<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage generation circuit capable of stably supplying internal power voltage less than the rated voltage even when the external power voltage is higher than the rated voltage. SOLUTION: This voltage generation circuit 110 is provided with an external power wiring 10 through which the external power voltage is transmitted, an internal power wiring 20 for supplying the internal power voltage to a load, a regulator circuit 30 for receiving the external power voltage from the wiring 10 and generating the rated voltage of internal power voltage, and a voltage switching transistor 50 for connecting the wiring 10 to the wiring 20. The circuit 30 and the transistor 50 are complementarily activated in accordance with the voltage level of a node Na. The circuit 110 is also provided with a voltage switching circuit 60 for switching the voltage of the node Na in accordance with the voltage level of the wiring 10.</p> |
