PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk chucking device capable of chucking plural disks different from one another in hole diameter with one chucking device by replacing partial components by others. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a disk receiving mechanism portion 2 having a center receiving member 15 inserted into a center pin 12 protruded from a disk receiving housing 4 so as to be pressed by a spring, and a disk center hole positioning member 17 held in the center receiving member 15, and a disk pressing mechanism portion 3 having a disk pressing member 22 held in a disk pressing housing 18 by being pressed by a spring, and chucking member frames 25 and 25 housed in the disk pressing housing 18. By inserting and fixing the center hole (d) of a disk D in the disk center hole positioning member 17, the disk D is held in the disk receiving member in its centering state, the disk pressing housing 18 is inserted into the center pin 12, the chucking frames 25 and 25 are engaged with the locking recess 13 of the center pin 12, and simultaneously disk chucking is carried out by the disk pressing member 22.
