PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a subjective miss in the charged amount of coins and the charge of a defective coin or a forged coin by forming partitions in a frame, attaching a stopper to the partitions and temporarily holding the contents of charged coins so as to allow naked eyes to check the whole contents of charged coins from the outside of an automatic vending machine or a ticket issuing machine. SOLUTION: Partitions 11 to 13 are formed in a frame 5 so that coins 1 to 4 are arranged in parallel and a stopper 6 is attached to the lower parts of the partitions 11 to 13. Coins 1 to 4 passing from a charging port are sorted by a sensor built in an identification machine 8 on the basis of their thickness, material, size, mass, etc., and arranged on the stopper 6 along grooves 21 to 23 formed between the frame 5 and the partitions 11 to 13 so as to form a line on a plane. Consequently whether coins charged into the inside of the display device for visually identifying/checking coins are valid or not can be recognized/checked at a glance, so that the generation of a subjective miss in the charged amount of coins or the charge of a defective coin or a forged coin can be prevented.
