PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the color of a color line without totally being affected by the coloring work of other areas. SOLUTION: A boundary information extraction processing part 13 extracts boundary information from line picture data (line picture to be colored) where a color line before coloring work is contained. A coloring processing part 14 colors an area except for a boundary by using extracted boundary information. A color line coloring processing part 15 merely colors a color by using extracted boundary information. Thus, efficient coloring work which can change only the color of the color line in a necessary part without influence to the other area when a coloring worker does not need to especially consider a coloring order or the color of one color line straddles plural areas and whose degree of freedom is high can be executed.
