PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of evolution while utilizing the merits of an optimization controlling method. SOLUTION: The optimization controlling method evolutes a control parameter exerting influence upon the characteristics of a controlled target while reflecting real evaluation to the parameter by repeating the generation of plural individuals corresponding to the control parameter, the selection of a master individual of a succeeding generation from a set of individuals while reflecting at least real evaluation and the generation of a set of individuals in the succeeding generation at least on the basis of the master individual. In this case, an evaluation model is prepared on the basis of the relation of each individual with real evaluation corresponding to the individual and a set of individuals is operated by using the evaluation model before executing real evaluation.
