PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system with which a simulation for constructing and diagnosing an optimum hot water supplying system in a hot water and water supplying piping is possible without a mistake and easily and also in a short time. SOLUTION: Data concerning respective constituting elements of a hot water supplying system such as hot water supplies, faucets and pipe arrangements are inputted to an input device 3 and relations among pressure losses of these elements and a hot water sending quantity are calculated from these data to prepare hot water arrangement data 15, faucet arrangement data 17 and piping arrangement data 19 and these data are stored in a constituting element database 11. This hot water supplying simulation system calculates the relation between the pressure loss of the whole of a hot water supplying system and the hot water sending quantity from relations among the pressure losses of respective constituting elements and the hot water sending quantity by referring to the constituting element database 11 according to conditions of respective constituting elements concerning an objective hot water supplying system and displays the calculated relation on a display device and outputs it to an output device 13.
