PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor moving system allowing an operator to set it at a monitor angle as he/she feels suitable by a simple and fewer operations, by providing a tilt control means for varying a monitor panel angle at multi- steps within a preset angle width, and an angle width setting changing means for changing setting of the angle width. SOLUTION: Every time a tilt button 12 is pushed once, a monitor panel 10 is changed in a tilt angle by a preset tilt angle width at multi-steps. For example, when the tilt angle width is set to 5 degrees, the tilt angle is changed every 5 degrees. Namely, when the tilt button 12 is pushed once in a complete closing state, the tilt angle is 5 degrees. Also, when the setting of the tilt angle width is changed to 10 degrees, the tilt angle is changed by 10 degrees, every time the tilt angle button 12 is pushed once. A change in the setting of the tilt angle width is performed by using a joystick 13 on the monitor panel 10. Thus, even though the tilt angle is large, which an operator feels suitable, it is possible to reduce the number of operations at a tilt operation end.
