PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent alternation of electronic document data after sealing the electronic seal impression by setting seal data to a display state when electronic seal impression data are copied in the sealing area of an electronic document, setting confirmation and collation data to a non-display state and disabling a processing for editing data of the electronic document. SOLUTION: A CPU 10 starts an electronic seal program to realize an electronic seal function, generates electronic seal data in accordance with an input from an input part 30 by an electronic seal data generating function and executes a processing for registering it. Electronic seal data are generated by division into seal data and confirmation and collation data for confirming the truth of a sealed seal. When the electronic document is sealed, electronic seal data held in a memory part 50 are read and copied into a seal place, seal data are set to the display state and confirmation and collation data are set to the non-display state. When the truth of the seal is confirmed, confirmation and collation data copied in the non-display state are made to be in the display state to confirm the truth of the seal. |
