PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a strung state of a communication cable excellent by providing internal metal fixtures having an inserting portion which inserts a hanging wire or supporting wire and supports closure sleeves, making the internal metal fixtures freely-insertable into or-detachable from u-shaped hanging metal fixtures, and adjusting the distance between the supporting wire and a closure sleeve freely. SOLUTION: An optical cable connecting closure 20 connects the optical cables 5 of a communication cable 1 to one another, and is composed of internal metal fixtures 13 into which a hanging wire 6 is inserted for supporting, and closure sleeves which protect the metal fixtures 13. The internal fixtures 13 are composed of uniting metal fixtures 24. The uniting fixtures 24 are fitted with tension member grasping metal fixtures 23 which fix the tension members of the cables 5, cable sheath grasping metal fixtures 22 which is possessed by the metal fixtures 24 outside the metal fixtures 23 and fix the sheaths of the cables 5, and fixing metal fixtures 26 which fix to the cable 1 the hanging wire 6 inserted into the inserting portion 13a of the internal fixtures 13. Consequently, it is possible to keep the strung state of the communication cable well.
