PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the effect of parasitic inductance in wiring structure by arranging main circuit conductors such that a first conductor runs in parallel with second and third conductors. SOLUTION: A second conductor 32a is stood from the positive potential side of a first switching element 21a perpendicularly to the axis of a stack 23 and then shifted to the center while substantially keeping parallelism with the axis of the stack. On the other hand, a third conductor 32b is stood from the negative potential side of a fourth switching element 21d perpendicularly to the axis of the stack 23 and then shifted to the center while substantially keeping parallelism with the axis of the stack. Furthermore, a first conductor 33 is laid between the second and third conductor 32a, 32b substantially in parallel therewith. Since currents flow in reverse direction at the part of current route running in parallel, self inductance is canceled by mutual inductance and the total inductance can be minimized. |
