PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a power conversion apparatus which is improved in a switching time lag and a waveform distortion and to be high in reliability even in a severe operating environment, such as a while, to make a high-voltage circuit integrated, and to lessen a power conversion control circuit in size. SOLUTION: A drive/protective circuit 4 and a control operation device 12 for a switching device 2 are formed on the same board through the intermediary of an HVIC(high-voltage integrated circuit), a power supply GND of the drive/protective circuit 4 and the control operation device 12 formed on the same board for the switching device 2 have a power supply GND set in common with the switching device 2, and furthermore the board and a power converter section composed of the switching device and a smoothing capacitor 10 are constituted of the same module. |
