PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure by reducing the number of parts, and to accelerate the loading speed of a disk cartridge. SOLUTION: A loading mechanism unit 85 for feeding a disk cartridge 140 into a driving unit is provided with a swing arm 36 rotated by the driving of a rotary-driving system 11, a loading arm 105 provided inside the driving unit and rotated by the rotation of the swing arm 36, and a catching member 108 provided in the driving unit and adapted to pull in the disk cartridge 140 by the rotation of the loading arm 105.
