PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the degree of freedom of design, to easily secure desired communication performance and to cause no malfunction due to radio interference by connecting one end part to the other end of a beltlike sheet member having a plurality of conductor lines formed on its top surface. SOLUTION: On the top surface of a sheet member 1, seven nearly linear conductor lines 2 to (8) are formed of conductive ink. In the path of the conductor line (8), a noncontact type IC module 9 is connected. Further, an area 1a of the sheet member 1 is applied with an adhesive for tag connection. End parts 2a to 8a and other-end parts 2b to 8b of the respective conductor lines are arranged slightly shifted along the width direction of the sheet member 1. Both the end parts 1a and 1b of the beltlike member 1 are connected in a specific style and then the 7 linear conductor lines 2 to (8) formed on the top surface of the sheet member 1 from one loop antenna.
