PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electromagnetic wave shielding light-transmitting window material which is suited to PDP filters, etc., and has low reflectivity, high transparency, and significantly satisfactory electromagnetic shield and heat ray shield properties and a laminated panel material having such window material integrated with a PDP. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic shielding heat ray shield film 3 is interposed between two transparent boards 2A, 2B or a transparent board and a PDP body and is integrated with adhering intermediate films 4A, 4B into a unified electromagnetic shielding light-transmitting widow material 1 or a laminated panel material. The electromagnetic shielding heat ray shield film 3 is of a nine-layer laminated oxide transparent conductive film and metal films laminated on a base film.
