PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electromagnetic wave shielding light-transmitting window material which is suited to PDP filters, etc., and has low reflectivity, high transparency, and significantly satisfactory electromagnetic shielding and heat ray shielding properties and a laminated panel material having such window material integrated with a PDP. SOLUTION: Electromagnetic shielding heat ray shielding films 3A, 3B are inserted between two transparent boards 2A, 2B or a transparent board and a PDP body and integrated with adhering intermediate films 4A-4C into a unified electromagnetic shielding light-transmitting window material 1 or a panel affixing material. The electromagnetic shielding heat ray shield film 3A is of five-layer laminated oxide transparent conductive film, and metal films laminated on a base film and the electromagnetic shielding heat ray shield film 3B is of a seven-layer laminated oxide transparent conductive film and metal films laminated on the base film.
