PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fixing structure for boards which has no need of screws, etc., for mounting works, and allows the man-hours to be reduced, as compared with prior art. SOLUTION: A bracket 4 is projectively provided on one side 2a of a ground plate 2, the bracket 4 has a pair of mutually parallel and opposed fixing surfaces 5, 5, between which a space S is opened in the projecting direction C of the brackets 4, 4, the opposed fixing surfaces 5, 5 are positioned mutually apart with a remove approximately equal to the thickness of the ground plate 2, protrusions 6, 6 are provided at the opposed positions of the fixing surfaces 5, 5 and circular holes 7, capable of fitting at the same time to both protrusions 6, 6 are provided at the end 1a of a PCI board 1.
