PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit with a determination circuit for determining that a level of an input signal is a prescribed level higher than an power source voltage VCC, without being affected by fluctuation of process factors. SOLUTION: A threshold voltage VT is generated by a feedback amplifying circuit composed of a differential type comparing part 30 and an amplifying part 40, based on a reference voltage VR, to be fed to a gate of a PMOS 12 in an input part 10. In the meantime, an input voltage VI impressed to a terminal 1 is lowered by a fixed voltage in an NMOS 11 to be fed to a source of the PMOS 12. When the input voltage VI exceeds a power source voltage VCC to get higher than a prescribed voltage set by the threshold voltage VT, a voltage of a node NA is increased suddenly from a grounding voltage GND, and an output siganl VO of an output part 20 changes from a level 'L' to a level 'H'. The output siganl VO is used as a mode setting signal or the like for a test.
