<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the spherical toner good in positive charge-ability and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The positively chargeable spherical toner superior in stability with time and charge distribution is obtained by mixing an aqueous dispersion medium of (A) resin grains (I) composed essentially of a binder resin and a colorant, and with an aqueous dispersion medium (B) of fine resin particles (II) having basic groups containing a separately prepared carbon black as an essential component, and depositing the fine particles (II) on the surface of the resin grains (I) and stirring and mixing them after drying to stabilize and uniformize the surface of the toner particles, and finally adding the negatively chargeable inorganic fine particles to the outside of the toner particles.</p> |
