PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency relay wherein high-frequency noise leaking to the outside is reduced. SOLUTION: A relay body 1 is composed of a body and a box-like synthetic resin cover 22 overlaid on the body and having one surface opened. A coil and contact parts of which contact state is switched according to the current carrying to the coil are received in the relay body 1, and plural terminals 17-19 project sideward from the lower surface of the relay body 1. A box-like metal case 2 having one surface opened is overlaid on the relay body 1, and a grounding terminal 3 projecting downward is protrusively formed on the open edge of the metal case 2. Thus, when the relay body 1 is mounted on a board, the grounding terminal 3 formed on the metal case 2 is electrically connected to the earth line of the board.
