PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely conduct rapid traverse a motor even in the case alternating magnetic field is caused due to power generation when a motor is speedily driven in normal rotation or reversed rotation and rapid traverse. SOLUTION: In a motor driving circuit 107 outputting drive signals to a motor 108, a correction rapid traverse control signal output circuit 110 is provided. A time counting control circuit 105 outputs a detection timing signal SK indicating rapid traverse is output to a power generation device alternating magnetic field detection circuit 109 and monitors whether a power generator 101 is generating or not with a generation detection circuit 103 during a rapid traverse period. When a power generation detection results signal SJ is 'H', a read out signal SM is output to the correction rapid traverse control signal output circuit 110. From the output circuit 110, correction rapid traverse control signal SN corrected in frequency and effective values is output to a motor driving circuit 107 and from the motor driving circuit 107, rapid traverse drive circuits Ef and Hf are output toward the motor 108.
