PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label type electronic watch capable of placing an arbitrary place. SOLUTION: On two locations on both sides in the back of label type digital electronic watch 1 which is small, square and thin and provided with indication part of date, day of week and time and informing function such as button and the like for reset and alarm setting, a flexible plate 3 with magnet 2 for placing an electronic watch is fixed. As a placing assistant tool for the case that the material of the surface to be placed 6 is non-magnetic, a magnetic plate 4 with pasting surface 5 for contact on one side is attached.
