PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to contribute to an improvement in the arrangement of members and the degree of freedom in design, the miniaturization and simplification over the entire part of a mechanism and a cost reduction by reducing the number of motors and the number of detecting elements and reducing the number of associated members including wiring. SOLUTION: An idler plate 14 turns according to the rotating direction of a worm wheel (drive gear) 12 intermeshed with a worm 11 disposed at a shaft of a loading motor 10 at all times. The idler plate (selecting member) 14 is provided thereon with three idler gears 15 to 17 which are intermeshed with the worm wheel 12 at all times. The idler plate 14 connects the idler gear 15 for controlling changeover to a changeover control mechanism 2, connects the idler gear 16 for driving a transporting roller to a transporting roller drive mechanism 3 and connects the idler dear 17 for feeding a pickup to a pickup feed mechanism 4 in a pickup feed position.
