PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain complicated traveling control using a plurality of carriers. SOLUTION: The traveling control device fetches a state to be changed in accordance with the traveling of a vehicle as an antigen by using an immunity mechanism constituted of integrating a plurality of antibodies into action selecting logic for executing autonomous traveling control (step A1), reads out an antibody to which an antigen is applied by using an antibody suppressing condition (step A2), selects an antibody having 'action' to be used for traveling control by executing operation in consideration of priority applied to the read antibody and the degree of influence applied to the suppressing condition (steps A3, A4), and executes traveling control in accordance with the description of 'action' of the antibody.
