PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change design of an HTML page to be generated without having help from a programmer by a user and a WEB designer. SOLUTION: For all HTML pages to constitute a site, their types and generating method are instructed to a program, they are combined, the design of the HTML page to be generated is defined, pieces of data such as merchandise are regularly extracted from plural data bases 7, 8, the data is embedded in the HTML page based on a template of the defined design and the HTML page is created.
