PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set a lead shape invisible to improve the external appearance quality, to have practical luminance, and to secure sufficient voltage endurance by having no light emitting layer between a rear-face electrode in a lead takeoff part and a transference electrode and interposing a reflection insulating layer. SOLUTION: No light emitting layer 2 is existed between a lead takeoff part 4a of a rear electrode corresponding to a takeoff part of a rear electrode- side lead 8 of an electroluminescence light 10 and a part 1d of a transference electrode corresponding the lead takeoff part but only a reflection insulating layer 3 is existed and directly formed on the transference electrode 1d. The reflection insulating layer 3 is formed of fluororubber and titanium barium and the weight ratio of the titanium barium to the fluororubber is set to 1-5 or preferably 2-4 and the film thickness is set to 8μm or more. This constitution can bold the sufficient dielectric breakdown voltage without losing the insulation performance of the reflection insulating layer 3 relative to the heat and the pressure in attaching the lead and set the lead attaching part, or not an effective emission part to non-luminescent.
