The invention relates to a set-down station (1) for a lighter-than-air flying device (100), comprising a revolving surface (0); and to a method for landing a lighter-than-air flying device on a landing area (0). The invention provides for the economical starting and landing of lighter-than-air flying devices at the set-down station. It is characterised in that the revolving surface has rigid superstructures to which the lighter-than-air flying device can be fixed and in that the method comprises the following steps: alignment of the landing area at a predetermined angle in relation to the direction of the wind, the setting-down of the lighter-than-air flying device on the landing area and the fixing of the lighter-than-air flying device on the aligned landing area. |
