The device has an actuation shaft (6) with a helical thread (6a) on its periphery and a first protrusion (6d) on at least one end part, an internally threaded bearer element (7) engaged with the helical thread with a second protrusion (7d) that engages the first protrusion acting as an end stop and a movable element (5) that engages the bearer element by friction. The bearer element and actuating shaft are turned against frictional resistance exerted by the movable element once the protrusion have engaged. They disengage when the rotation direction is reversed.
