<p>The invention relates to an improved actuator for a winding axle comprising a housing (1) that includes an integrated circuit (16) conveniently spaced from the surface thereof. The actuator is connected to an electrical motor (5) having a gear fitted with a clutch enabling the axle of the motor (5) to rotate separately from the winding axle. Said actuator can also be formed by a winding axle permanently contacting a wheel (37) forcing it to turn as the axle rotates, the wheel being located on the field of action of a photoelectric cell (31) mounted in the housing (21).</p> |
