PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opposite number input function by a transmission voice from a user and also an information reception function by a received voice signal without the need for provision of a plurality of selective signal reception and analysis means. SOLUTION: In the case of sending a voice signal to a communication opposite party, a transmission voice signal inputted from a transmission voice input means 10 is fed to a selective signal reception analysis means 19, and a call control means 16 makes call processing according to a key numeral outputted from the selective signal reception analysis means 19 and then a DTMF signal included in a voice signal sent from a communication opposite party is fed to the selective signal reception analysis means 19 and the key numeral outputted from the selective signal reception analysis means 19 is processed by a key numeral processing means 21.
