PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the focusing servo of an optical disk which is made to be revolved at high speed to be stably performed without deteriorating the accuracy of a feedforward control from the inner periphery to the outer periphery of an optical disk. SOLUTION: In this optical disk device, surface wavy amounts in radial positions of plural places from the innermost periphery of an optical disk 1 are calculated by a surface wavy component detecting part 7 and the data of a feedforward control with respect to these surface wavy amounts are calculated to be stored in a memory 8. At the time of performing a focusing servo, the device adds a signal from the memory 8 and a signal from a DSP 6 by an adder 9 and performs a control so that a driver 4 drives an actuator 2 while outputting an actuator driving signal based on the added signal.
