Present invention discloses a multi-output composite piezoelectric transform er with expansion vibration mode, characterized in that, primary piezoelectric ceramic assembly, secondary piezoelectric ceramic assembly with multi-output and isolate layer of insulation structure are laminated and bonded by high polymer to form a lamination structure; electrodes of the piezoelectric ceramic assembly are lead out by leading-out structure to form input and output terminal; entire insulation layer are formed by the isolate layer and insulation material covered on the exterior surfaces of piezoelectric cerami c assembly and electrode leading-out structure. The transformer has easy adjusted matching coefficient between primary and secondary, high output pow er and high conversion efficiency.
