<p>The present invention relates to a method of producing organic emulsifiers and organic surfactants and to the organic emulsifiers and organic surfactants produced by said method. This production is possible by using oil or fat from organically produced sources, e.g. organically produced plants or animals, in the preparation of the emulsifiers and surfactants. When the emulsifiers and surfactants of the present invention are used in the production of organic end-products such as organic cosmetics, organic foods, organic pharmaceuticals, organic technicals and organic detergent compositions, these end-products will be fully organic. Examples of organic products according the present invention are organic cosmetics, organic foods, organic pharmaceuticals, organic technicals and organic detergent compositions of superior quality.</p> |
