<p>The system has been designed to enable instantaneous and/or gradual brake actuation of the car. For down actuation, a roller (16) is provided that is fixed to the end of a rotational articulated arm (23) and that slides through an inclined ramp for instantaneous actuation . For gradual actuation, said roller (16) engages with smooth and slanted plate springs (9, 10). For up actuation, the block or box has a roller descent ramp (16) and an elastic brake shoe (18). For instantaneous jamming, two inclined planes running in opposite directions are provided in the box to enable continuos displacement of the roller (16). The roller (16) has a central knurled part with a larger diameter than that of the end journals on which rolling support is effected.</p> |
