The tool has a cover/grip body (1) and a nail clipper, which is folded, and fitted into and fixed in the cover. The cover body is connected on one side to a metal plate via a joint (9), joint fixing points (4a), an aperture in the metal plate, and a screw. The nail clipper consists of a holder body (14) with lever (31) and spring plate (21). It is actuated by the spring force of lever and spring plate. A cutting edge is formed on the front body of the holder body.
