PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration and noise in a bearing part, by inserting a disk spring in the bearing part on the opposite side to an output shaft to give a pre-load while strength in a radial direction is reinforced by using a tapered roller bearing. SOLUTION: A tapered roller bearing is used in each bearing 4, 5 arranged in both sides of a motor shaft 3 by interposing a rotor 2. A pre-load is given by inserting a disk spring 6 to the bearing 5 on the opposite output side. This pre-load FP, when assuming Fτfor radial andαfor radial bearing contact angle, is set so as to materialize a relation FP<Fτ×tanα. Further, ordinarily by applying the radial load to an output shaft side of the motor shaft 3, the disk spring 6 giving the radial load in an output shaft direction is inserted to the bearing 5.
