PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make disposable a mine by utilizing waste materials and used or waste articles being safe and economically advantageous economically. SOLUTION: A waste or used apparatus is provided with angles 11 and a shaft 15 to enable fitting of waste tires, and the tires and fitted to the shaft 15. The fitted tires are moved, while the movement is conducted in a mode of sliding, rolling or random hitting. The movement or driving is made operable automatically by radio or a navigation system.
