PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a necessary operation expression without using a large table by setting a first operation expression selection table of elements of a number equal to a total number of operation expressions necessary for each monitor data, and a second operation expression selection table of elements of twice the number of the monitor data. SOLUTION: When monitor data among monitor data obtained from outside, e.g. monitor data A3 is changed, (i) is selected from a record column 5 of a head row of a second operation expression selection table 3, 2 is selected from a record number column 6, and element data (j) and (k) arranged in two rows from a row (i) to a row (i+1) of a first operation expression selection table 2 are selected as row numbers of an operation expression storage table 1. Monitor data is substituted to operation expressions Cj=A1+A3 and Ck=A3+A4 stored in a row (j) and a row (k) of an operation designation flag column 7 of the operation expression storage table 1, and operated. The operation result is stored in an operation result table 4.
