The tool holder/changer has holders for the two-armed grip part (5) of a tool. Each holder has a support face (9a,b) for one grip arm. At least one holder has a quick-action closure (4) to release it from its fastening. For a horizontal grip part, the holders consist of two webs positioned on the same height. For a vertical grip part, the holders are two relatively moveable angled brackets (2,3) positioned above each other on a column (1). The support faces have pref. ring-shaped formed parts (12) to hold the grip arms.
