The system has a lens, and a converter (38) configured to receive light from the lens and to define a first set of digital data based on the light. A scanner is (68) configured to scan a document and to generate a second set of digital data defining an image of the document. A memory (29) device is provided and a system controller (55) is configured to store the sets of digital data in the memory device.
